Book demo
A specification sheet cannot tell you how the machine handles your material. Bring your own substrate and your own file, and watch it print.
Tell us what you would like to see printed so the machine is set up with the right ink and profile before you arrive.
- Bring
- Your own substrate — the actual board or roll you buy, not a sample we chose — and your own artwork file. A machine that prints beautifully on a demo panel tells you nothing about the material you run every day.
- Ask for four prints
- A nozzle check before and after a long print. A solid light grey and a solid black, because banding hides in flat midtones and not in photographs. The speed mode you were quoted, not the slow beautiful one. And the same file unidirectional, then bidirectional.
- Take the print home
- Do not run a tape test on the spot. Two ink manufacturers independently specify that final adhesion is reached after 24 hours, so a test on the day fails a job that would have passed the next morning. The full inspection checklist goes through the rest.
