Machine down? Read this before you buy, not after
Every printer stops eventually — a head clogs, a damper leaks, a board fails. What matters is how fast it starts again. This is how a fault gets handled here, and the response terms you should demand in writing from anyone selling you a machine — including us.
What happens when you call
Step 01
You message on WhatsApp
Send a photo or short video of the fault and the error on screen. No ticket number, no portal login.
Step 02
We try to fix it on the call
Most faults are a clog, a damper, a loose cable or a setting. An engineer walks your operator through it on video.
Step 03
Part goes out, or engineer travels
If it needs a part, it ships from stock. If it needs hands, an engineer is booked. Either way you are told which, the same day.
Step 04
Printing again — and you learn why
You get a written note of what failed and what to change so it does not repeat.
Response times and warranty terms are stated in your written offer — get them in writing from any seller, not from a web page.
The faults we actually get called about
Almost every call is one of these. Most are solved without an engineer travelling.

- Banding across the pass
- Colour drift and profile problems
- White ink settling or printing thin
- Grain or overspray on gloss material
Ink system
- Damper and filter replacement
- Air in the ink lines
- Negative-pressure and circulation faults
- Capping station and wiper wear
Curing and lamps
- UV LED lamp output dropping
- Ink not curing hard on the substrate
- Lamp module and driver faults
Motion and boards
- Carriage belt, encoder strip and rail issues
- Motor and axis calibration
- Mainboard, head board and carriage board faults
Bed, media and RIP
- Vacuum and suction loss on the bed
- Media feed and take-up tracking
- RIP, profile and file output problems
- Power supply and stabiliser-related faults
Head damage from the wrong ink or skipped cleaning, and surge damage without a stabiliser, are chargeable on any machine from any seller — including this one.
Spares we keep in India
Printheads, ink, dampers, capping stations, wipers and filters supplied from stock. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you the real lead time, not a comfortable one.
Supplied from stock
- Printheads for the machines we sell
- Dampers, filters and ink lines
- Capping stations and wipers
- Ink and cleaning solution
Ordered in — ask the real lead time
- UV LED lamp modules
- Mainboards and carriage boards
What actually costs money
Worth understanding before you compare two machines on purchase price alone.
- Printheads
- The single largest replacement cost. Head life depends on ink quality, filtration and the daily cleaning routine far more than on hours run.
- Ink
- Each machine is built around a specific ink type — the specification page for every machine states which.
- Power
- Every machine lists its supply requirement on its page. Check it against what your premises can deliver — some need more than 25 A.
- Space and access
- Machine size and crate size are both published. The crate has to get through your door before the machine can stand in your shop.
To see how these interact with your selling price and volume, put your own numbers into the payback calculator.

Ask about service
Warranty length, response terms and AMC options are stated in the written offer — ask for them with your quote.
Machines are sold in configurations, so the specification decides the price. Tell us the material and the volume and we will quote the exact build.
