Buying from another state
What actually changes, and what does not
Delivery
The machine ships crated by road. Every machine page publishes the crate size and the gross weight, so you can check the door, the lift and the floor before you order rather than on the day.
Installation and training
An engineer travels to uncrate, level, connect and test-print at your premises, and to train your operator on your material. Distance changes the scheduling, not the scope.
Support and ink
Most faults are diagnosed on a video call by someone who has seen them before. Ink ships to you like the machine did — and we supply it for every printhead, not only the ones on our own machines.
If your city is not listed, it is not a limit — ask. We would rather write a page about a city once we have actually done work there than invent one now.
