Payback

Will the machine pay for itself?

Put in your own numbers — the machine cost from your written offer, your consumable cost, your selling price and your realistic daily output. The arithmetic runs in your browser and goes nowhere.

The figure quoted to you, in rupees. This site publishes no prices — the offer does.

Your combined consumable cost, in rupees

What your market pays you

What you will actually sell, not the machine's top speed

Operator, rent share, power, waste — in rupees

What your numbers say

Saleable output per month
0 m²
Revenue per month
₹ 0
Ink and material per month
₹ 0
Profit per month, after other costs
₹ 0
Payback on the machine
Not at these numbers — change the mix

Every figure above comes from what you typed — nothing is prefilled, nothing is stored, and nothing here is a promise. The two numbers worth pressure-testing at a demo are your cost per m² and your real daily output.

Method

How the payback is worked out

The four steps

  1. Monthly output — your realistic output per day multiplied by the days you actually work. Not the machine’s top speed.
  2. Revenue — that output multiplied by what your market pays per square metre.
  3. Gross margin — revenue minus ink and material at your own cost per square metre.
  4. Payback — the quoted machine cost divided by what is left after your other monthly costs.

What it deliberately leaves out

Finance interest, GST treatment, printhead replacement and depreciation are not in this arithmetic. They are real, they differ by business, and guessing them here would make the answer look more precise than it is.

The two figures worth pressure-testing before you rely on any of it are your true cost per square metre and your realistic daily output — both are best measured at a demo on your own material, not taken from a brochure.

Configuration is what moves the machine cost you put in the first field — what decides a UV printer price explains which parts of the build change it.

Next step

Get the machine cost to put in

The one number this page cannot supply is the machine cost — that comes as a written offer for the configuration you need.

Machines are sold in configurations, so the specification decides the price. Tell us the material and the volume and we will quote the exact build.
