Why us

Everyone sells the machine. The difference is everything after it.

You can buy a UV flatbed from a dozen places in India, and several of them will quote you a lower number than we will. What you cannot buy from most of them is someone who has run the machine, checked every figure on this page against the specification sheet, and will still be answering the phone when a head blocks on a Saturday.

The short answer

Value is what the machine earns, not what it costs

A machine bought on price alone gets expensive later — in the head that dies from the wrong ink grade, in the week of downtime waiting for a part nobody stocks, in the white channel that was not in the quotation. Those costs are invisible at the point of sale, which is exactly why the cheapest quote wins so often.

We would rather lose a sale on price than win one by leaving something out. Everything on this site is built to let you check us before you trust us — the specifications, the things we refuse to claim, and the running costs nobody else wants to discuss until after the invoice.

Side by side

The difference is what is written down

Two quotations for the same machine can differ by lakhs and still be for different things. These are the lines that usually explain the gap.

What the cheapest quote leaves out

  • Which ink grade the head actually needs
  • Whether the spare is on a shelf or on a boat
  • Whether white and varnish are in the configuration
  • Who uncrates, levels and test-prints it
  • Who answers the phone in month fourteen

What is in the written offer here

  • Ink for every printhead, compatibility published per head
  • Printheads, dampers, filters and capping stations from stock
  • The colour configuration named, white and varnish included or not
  • Installed, levelled and test-printed at your shop
  • Remote diagnosis first, an engineer when it needs hands

None of this is a promise made on a web page. Every line on the right is stated in the offer you are sent, which is the only place it binds.

Six reasons

What you actually get

Each of these is checkable. That is the point of them.

  1. 10 years in this industry, on the production side first

10 years in printing, and this business started on the production side rather than the sales side. We printed the jobs, cleaned the heads, argued with a machine at 11pm before a delivery, and learned what actually costs money to run. That is why the advice here is about the work rather than the brochure — over two decades, we have already made most of the expensive mistakes.

Ask us anything operational on a call. It is the fastest way to tell someone who runs machines from someone who forwards your question on and waits.

  2. Every specification is checked, not copied

All 23 machines were reconciled field by field against the specification sheet — print width, speed at each pass count, printhead model and count, power draw, crate size and weight. Where the specification contradicts itself we say so and go back and check rather than publishing the tidier number.

Compare any figure here against the specification we quote from.

  3. We tell you what we do not know

There is no printhead life figure on this site, no ink consumption in ml per square metre, no wash-cycle count and no cure-test number. Not because we are hiding them — because the manufacturers do not publish them and the figures circulating online are invented. A supplier who quotes you all four is guessing at least three.

Read what we refuse to claim, and why.

  4. We sell the running cost, not just the box

A machine is a five-year relationship with consumables, heads and downtime in it. We supply ink for every head we sell, we publish the compatibility so you cannot order the wrong grade, and we would rather help you measure your true cost per square metre than quote you a number that flatters the sale.

Ink compatibility for every head, derived from the machine specs.

  5. The quotation is the price

No headline figure that turns out to exclude the white channel. No starting-from number for a configuration nobody buys. The same model ships with three heads or eight, with or without white and varnish, and those are different machines at different prices — so we quote the build you actually need and put it in writing.

Understand what moves the number before you ask anyone for one.

  6. Print your own material before you commit

Bring your substrate and your artwork to a demo and run it at the speed we quoted, not at the slow beautiful mode. Take the sample home and tape-test it the next morning — final adhesion takes 24 hours, and any supplier who lets you test on the spot is testing the wrong thing.

The full inspection checklist, including what to ask about the head.

Service

What happens after the crate is opened

Installation and training

Someone who has run the machine shows your operator how, on your material. Training takes longer than installation and it is the part that decides whether the machine earns.

Ink for the life of the machine

Every head we sell, we supply ink for — with the compatibility published so nobody orders the wrong grade. See the range.

Support that knows the machine

Most faults are diagnosable on a call by someone who has seen them before. How service works.

Warranty length, response times and AMC terms are commercial commitments, so they belong in your written offer rather than on a web page where they bind nobody. Ask for them in writing — from us and from everyone else you are talking to.

Next step

Talk to someone who has run one

Tell us what you print and how much of it, and we will recommend the machine that fits.

Machines are sold in configurations, so the specification decides the price. Tell us the material and the volume and we will quote the exact build.
